We can only ship Mustard Made Items within the UK & Ireland only.
Your order will be couriered from our UK warehouse directly to you.
The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. You will be sent confirmation of shipping + be able to track your delivery. Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.
Sometimes we send items with different couriers, especially our larger lockers. Don't worry if smaller items on your order arrive separately, the rest of you order is on its way! The courier will be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing + we can arrange a signed for delivery).
Delivery times on Mustard Made Products
We know you're excited to get your hands on your goodies! Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery times will vary depending on where you're based, but generally, this is between 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch. Bespoke portraits by Designs By Karina will take up to 10 days from finalising portrait details.
