Returning items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All art prints including the Lorna Freytag collection are printed to order- so they are non returnable. All items are inspected for defects prior to posting.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at salesmauveandmocha@gmail.com with your 4 digit order number e.g. #1000
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled we, unfortunately, are not able to accept the return of your locker.
Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets or any extras, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: salesmauveandmocha@gmail.com
